答:赛格很适合购物,个人认为没有

采访对象:三十岁左右职场女性/中年人

问卷类型:用餐(采访时受访者于咖啡店就餐三明治)

1.认为哪些时段适合在外就餐

答:周末或者节假日/下午/晚上

2.选择餐厅时喜欢哪种菜品风格

答:川菜/家乡风格/火锅

3.认为餐厅中那种就餐元素可使餐厅选择率上市

答:第一点是服务,第二点是环境/环境干净/口味

4.会否因餐厅等待时间过长而选择别家餐厅

答:会/不会/会

5.停车条件是否会成为选择餐厅因素之一

答:会/是的/是的

6.会不会在一些餐厅通过办理会员卡来获取折扣

答:会,但是会根据餐厅会员制度酌情选择/不会/很少

7.会希望餐厅推出什么优惠政策

答:尽量便宜如打折,减价/满减优惠/团购

8.若在就餐时遇到不满意处会不会对餐厅进行投诉

答:会

9.针对某些餐厅所浦光的负面新闻会不会影响你的就餐决定

采访对象:赛格楼上站点披萨值班经理/甜品店员/中餐经理

问卷类型:餐饮管理

答:全职,会签订合同/全职/全职

2.本餐厅(指站点披萨)占地面积,雇员多少

答:厨房加前厅共计约300平方米左右,员工人数在35人左右(因为即将在高新附近开西安第二家分店,因此会在前期先储备人才)/不确定,流动性很大/保密

3.每天哪种菜品最受欢迎

答:可参考餐单第一页的热门推荐“pizza top 5”,如:第一名为“垃圾桶”/千层蛋糕/牛腩压锅

4.在哪个时间段客流量最大

答:根据商场客流量,在周末及节假日人数较多,平常工作日12:00—13: 00以及18:00—19:00时客人最多/下午/周末和节假日

5.周平均工作时间

答:一周休息一天,一天九小时,中午休息一小时/每天10小时/每天10小时

6.营业时间

答:周内工作日早上十点开始

周末早上十点三十分开始

PS:有时会根据当天商场客流量决定/10点到22点/10点到22点,下午3,4点人流量下降

答:本餐厅主要消费群体为90后和00后的年轻朋友,供上述客户群体朋友聚会,家庭聚餐等/青少年/年轻人

小寨赛格调查报告

For the first investment, we make our research in the SAGA Department Store in Xian. The SAGA company in Xian is funded by the United States SAGA, Hong Kong Air China and several Chinese Mainland firm, in order to build a diversify company. The store was set up in 2011, with the 2 billion initial investment and finally opened in the Xiaozhai crossroad. The main building is divided into three parts. Shopping, catering and parking area . Shopping, which is the largest among these three, occupy almost 6 floors and 3 floors for catering. Parking building is a separate one, built above the shopping zone.

There is a number of schools, government institution and other malls around SAGA. There are three universities and two middle school near the area and this makes students a major customer group. Ignoring advanced location, SAGA makes a nearly perfect combination between shopping and the leisure facility. Also the modernized decoration inside suits the taste of the youth. There are approximate 600 clothes, make-up and jewelry shops in SAGA, half of them are well-known brands and the frequently discounts makes their high price more attractive comparing with other stores. The separate parking building solve people’s problem easily which relief the congestion issue during the peak time. Two of three of Xian subway system has a transit depot under the shopping center. This not only offers the customers an  easy way home, but also supplies an endless flow of consumers to visit the mall.

Similarly, certain stores in the mall has a clear superiority comparing with others. For example, the Hidilao Hotpot, is famous for its qualified and hommization service. Benefit from this characteristic, the flow of customers is completely higher than others and makes a considerable revenue each month.

From the above analysis, the conclusion is that the unique selling and arrangement concept of SAGA leads it to its success in Xian and eventually brings a market with large potential to itself.
